The second open forum of Gaylord Diocesan Watch will occur on Sunday, October 27, 2019, at 5 PM. It will be held at:
Clam Lake Township Hall
88095 M-115
Cadillac, MI 49601
Please bring your stories of faith and concern, good and bad, to this gathering. The order of events is listed below. There is no charge for the event and donations are welcomed. All faithful Catholics (and non-Catholics) are encouraged to attend.
As part of our ongoing attempts at dialog with Bishop Raica and the Diocesan Leadership team, we have invited Bishop Raica (or his representative) to be a part of our Open Forum. As of the writing of this post, we have not heard back from the Diocese. At our first Open Forum in Petoskey, the Diocese was invited but chose not to send a representative. We hope the Diocese will choose to be a part of this opportunity to communicate with concerned individuals regarding issues that affect all of us.
The following letter was sent via fax, Email, and US Post to the Diocese:

Dear Bishop Raica,
The leadership of Gaylord Diocesan Watch is once again extending a warm invitation for you to be part of our Open Forum gathering on October 27, 2019, in Cadillac. As you are aware, Gaylord Diocesan Watch was established in assisting the Bishop and faithful of the Diocese of Gaylord in their journey toward Heaven. This meeting is designed to offer prayer, fellowship, and open/transparent discussion with regard to issues facing Catholics in the Diocese of Gaylord. This forum helps in highlighting important topics and concerns of your Diocesan flock. Please join us at the Clam Lake Township Hall, 88095 M-115, Cadillac, MI, at 5 PM. You are welcome to be a part of our open conversation. If you are unable to attend, please notify us of a representative you would like to send on your behalf. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact any one of us via Email at info@gaylordfaithfulnews.org or via telephone contacts listed below. Thank you for your interest. We look forward to seeing you!
Sincerely,
